Summary
The Retail Sales Associate provides exceptional customer service, builds client relationships, and achieves sales targets while demonstrating in-depth product knowledge of eyewear and optical features. This role supports omnichannel customer experiences and maintains store presentation and brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and personalized product recommendations
- Build and maintain client relationships including follow-up communication
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling
- Maintain product and industry knowledge and attend training sessions
- Assist with minor adjustments and repairs
- Ensure a clean and visually appealing sales floor and back of house
- Provide omnichannel support for seamless online and in-store experiences
- Adhere to brand policies and procedures
- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in eyewear or luxury retail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets
- Team player who is adaptable supportive and open to feedback
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
