Summary

Retail Sales Associate responsible for welcoming clients, educating them about the brand, building lasting client relationships, and achieving individual and store sales targets in a luxury eyewear store.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and ensure a comfortable in store experience
• Educate clients about products and brand heritage
• Build and cultivate long lasting relationships with existing and potential clients
• Meet individual and store sales targets and goals
• Incorporate product knowledge to improve sales and transaction value
• Assist with general housekeeping and maintain store image
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, eyewear jewelry or fashion a plus
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Self starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for eyewear
• Flexible schedule with availability for occasional evenings and weekends
• Optician license or certification preferred but not required
