Summary
Provide exceptional in-store and virtual client service to develop personal clientele and support the success of the brand. Perform sales, cash handling, inventory and visual merchandising duties while acting as a brand ambassador in the community.
Responsibilities
- Deliver prompt attentive and knowledgeable assistance to clients and maintain high service standards
- Manage client book with follow up via phone calls emails and thank you notes
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and proactively pursue opportunities to increase sales
- Perform cash wrap tasks including register operation and key-holder duties such as store opening and closing
- Assist with inventory shipping receiving and back of house coverage as needed
- Maintain visual merchandising and product presentation standards
- Understand product terminology and maintain high level of product knowledge
- Follow company policies procedures and end of day procedures including bag checks
Requirements
- Pride in grooming and adherence to uniform standards
- Proficiency with register systems and basic cash handling
- Ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships with consistent follow up
- Capability to perform inventory and shipping receiving tasks and special projects
- Strong customer service and sales skills with focus on achieving targets
- Reliable attendance and ability to use timekeeping portal
- Ability to assist with back of house responsibilities and maintain organization
