Seasonal Client Advisor

Summary

Reporting to the Store Manager or Director, the Seasonal Client Advisor partners with sales, operations, visual merchandising, and management to support the full client experience. The role focuses on delivering personalized luxury service both on the sales floor and behind the scenes while upholding brand standards and store operations during a seasonal period.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and deliver an elevated, personalized client experience.
• Achieve individual and team sales objectives.
• Engage with clients to build relationships and understand client needs.
• Retrieve and deliver product requests from back of house to sales floor.
• Execute product care requests and create tickets as needed.
• Assist with visual merchandising, organizing displays, and repositioning product.
• Support inventory preparation and perform go-back tasks and BOH organization.
• Perform additional duties as requested by management to meet store objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Client focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional presentation and ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Dependable, punctual, flexible, and team oriented.
• Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft tools.
• Ability to analyze sales reports and strong problem solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
