The Sales Associate provides an exceptional client experience at the Toronto Premium Outlet store. The role drives sales through product expertise, clienteling, and support for store operations.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals and commercial KPIs.
• Welcome clients, provide styling guidance and product knowledge, and support an elevated client journey.
• Build client relationships, capture client data, and follow up on sales, events, and inquiries.
• Keep the sales floor and stockroom organized and collaborate with colleagues and management.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail, sales, or related customer service experience.
• Experience generating sales and developing client relationships.
• Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and time management skills.
• Computer skills, including POS operation and Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
