Summary

Hiring event for multiple sales roles at the store including beauty and apparel positions. Candidates will be interviewed on site with potential for on the spot offers and placement in roles such as Beauty Counter Manager, Beauty Stylist, Beauty Sales, Women'S Apparel, Accessories and Handbags, and Kids Apparel and Shoes.

Responsibilities

• Interview at hiring event and complete hiring process
• Provide customer service and sales on the sales floor or beauty counter
• Maintain product knowledge and merchandising standards
• Assist with fitting room and inventory tasks as needed
• Drive sales through customer engagement and recommendations
• Support team in store operational tasks during shifts
• Follow store policies and procedures including loss prevention

Requirements

• Ability to attend in person hiring event and interviews
• Customer focused attitude with strong communication skills
• Availability to work retail schedules including weekends and evenings
• Relevant retail or beauty sales experience preferred
• Eligibility to work in the United States
• Willingness to complete background check as required
