Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using selling tools including text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow a customer following
- Provide personalized style and fit advice and honest recommendations to customers
- Open new customer rewards program accounts to grow relationships
- Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, and perform price markdowns
- Perform light cleaning and keep the department customer ready
- Occasionally perform duties in departments other than the one hired into
- Work a flexible schedule that varies by week based on business needs
