Sales Associate - Tysons

Summary

The Sales Associate is a brand ambassador responsible for delivering exceptional client service and driving sales on the retail floor. The role requires deep product knowledge of luxury watches, proactive client development, and adherence to brand standards to exceed customer expectations and meet store KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers from welcome to close, initiate sales opportunities, and develop lasting client relationships.
• Strive to meet or exceed store goals and individual KPIs through consultative selling and follow-up.
• Maintain product knowledge, stay current on industry trends, and represent the brand professionally.
• Perform store operations including opening/closing duties, inventory assistance, and visual merchandising support.
• Collaborate with management and peers, support product launches, and assist in training new associates when requested.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail, including high-end watch sales.
• Proven success in client service within a luxury environment and strong communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail oriented, results driven, and able to manage multiple demands.
• Flexible availability including weekends and ability to work scheduled hours (position notes availability for 40 hours weekly).
• Computer proficiency and ability to follow company policies and dress code standards.
