Service Associate - Tysons Corner

Summary

Provide exceptional customer service on the sales floor by assisting clients with product selection, styling advice, and purchase transactions. Maintain an organized, well-merchandised sales floor and support daily store operations at the Tysons Corner location. Work collaboratively with the store team to meet sales goals and deliver a luxury shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, assess needs, and provide personalized product recommendations.
• Drive sales through consultative selling and follow-up to build customer loyalty.
• Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensure product presentation and floor replenishment.
• Support inventory tasks, including receiving, tagging, and organizing merchandise.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet store performance targets and assist with special events or promotions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail or customer service experience, preferably in a department store or luxury environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and performing light lifting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high visual and service standards.
