Summary

Sales Associate responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences at the Valley Fair location through active clienteling, product knowledge, and supporting store operations. Role focuses on driving individual and store sales performance while maintaining a curated and welcoming retail environment. Position requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales KPIs
• Provide exceptional client service and create a welcoming store atmosphere
• Develop styling expertise and product knowledge to build sales
• Engage in clienteling and capture client data
• Initiate follow up on sales events and client inquiries
• Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
• Collaborate and communicate openly with colleagues and management

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in retail sales or industry adjacent role focused on customer service
• Proven ability to generate sales and build client relationships
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
• Comfortable using POS systems and Microsoft Office
• Passion for the brand and product offering
• Creative and collaborative mindset
• Flexibility to work retail schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
