As a Sales Associate at the Vancouver Outlet, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. You will support the management team in daily operations, ensuring the store meets company standards and delivers a welcoming environment for all customers.

• Consistently achieve or exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Lead the sales floor to deliver excellent customer experiences and build loyal customer relationships.
• Ensure the store is guest-ready and provides a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.
• Build sales by establishing yourself as an expert in styling, seasonal trends, and product knowledge.
• Illustrate the client journey and core behaviors needed for an elevated experience.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of Marc Jacobs products and brand DNA.
• Initiate regular client contact and follow-up on sales, events, or inquiries.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management.
• Maintain a curious and learning attitude by seeking feedback from colleagues and management.
• Open and close the store according to procedures.
• Ensure both the sales floor and stockroom are well-organized.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

• 3+ years of experience in retail, sales, or a related field with a focus on customer service.
• Prior leadership experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience in generating sales and building client relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to deliver excellence and exceed client expectations.
