As a Sales Associate for Women's Eyewear and Accessories at Holt Renfrew, you will cultivate deep, long-lasting relationships with customers, driving sales and enhancing customer loyalty in a luxury retail environment. Your role will be commission-based, directly tied to your sales performance.

• Deliver extraordinary service to all customers consistently.
• Exceed sales and service goals and targets.

• Attend educational sessions including product knowledge and vendor seminars.
• Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, and related sales support tasks.

• Resolve customer service issues and collaborate with management on complex issues.
• Comply with Health & Safety and privacy policies.

• 4+ years of experience in a commission-based luxury sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in leveraging social media and technology for client engagement.
• Strong understanding of current and emerging fashion trends.
• Broad product knowledge across all merchandise categories.
