Stylist - Yorkdale

As a Stylist at Chloe Yorkdale, you will serve as an ambassador of the Maison, welcoming guests into the Chloe family and providing exceptional customer service. You will be a reliable team player and a trustworthy advisor to clients, striving to offer the best experience possible.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and develop long-term client relationships.
• Engage in personalized reach-out campaigns and utilize clienteling tools to achieve CRM targets.
• Capture client data and maintain detailed notes on customer interactions.
• Offer excellent customer service through omnichannel services to drive sales.
• Engage in training and commercial activities to meet sales and KPI targets.
• Ensure a luxurious store environment and support colleagues and managers.
• Inform management of any structural repairs needed in the store.
• Participate in store and BOH management and inventories.
• Support after-sales clients and ensure impeccable service.

• 2+ years of experience in a retail setting.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build client relationships.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales targets.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a luxurious store environment.
