As a Sales Associate on the Women's Ready-to-Wear floor you will deliver exceptional customer service, assist clients with styling and fit, and help drive sales through strong product knowledge and personalized recommendations. This full-time, in-store role supports daily operations, visual presentation, and teamwork to meet store targets. The position is based in Huntington Station, NY.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, building relationships to drive conversion and loyalty
• Provide styling advice, product knowledge, and fit assistance for women's ready-to-wear merchandise
• Achieve individual and store sales goals through proactive selling and follow-up
• Process transactions, returns, and alterations requests accurately at the point of sale
• Maintain visual standards, restock merchandise, and keep the sales floor organized

Requirements

• 2+ years retail or related sales experience, preferably in women's apparel
• Strong customer service and communication skills with a client-focused approach
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift merchandise, and work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Basic point-of-sale experience and comfort working in a fast-paced retail environment
