Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions and handle customer returns and exchanges accurately.
• Support inventory counts and keep the sales floor clean and well presented.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail or customer service experience preferred, ideally in footwear or apparel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
• Availability to work a part-time schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise as needed.
