RH Contract seeks a Sales Leader to cultivate client relationships, drive revenue growth, and expand project opportunities across North America and beyond. This field-based role partners cross-functionally to deliver tailored solutions throughout the project lifecycle and requires a strategic, high-performing sales professional with a track record of exceeding targets.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales and margin growth through a solution-based strategy
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Engage in the field to identify opportunities and deliver an elevated client experience
- Collaborate with Business Development, Project Management, Design, Sourcing, and Logistics teams
- Qualify and manage incoming and self-generated leads into profitable projects
- Deliver tailored presentations communicating value proposition and offerings
- Align customer needs with operational capabilities to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, activity tracking, and pipeline reporting in CRM
- Participate in industry events to grow visibility and network
Requirements
- 3+ years of sales or business development experience in design, development, or related industries
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred or degree in Interior Design with applicable experience
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving measurable results
- Deep understanding of the project lifecycle from design through delivery
- Comfortable in a field-based role with frequent client-facing interactions and travel
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and solutions-oriented
- Proficient in CRM systems such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office
