Sales Manager - Bellagio

Summary

Experienced luxury retail professional responsible for driving boutique performance through leadership, client development, and operational excellence. The Sales Manager leads and coaches the team, supports strategic boutique goals, and ensures brand standards and exceptional client experiences at the Bellagio location.

Responsibilities

• Drive individual and store KPIs including appointments, conversion, repurchase rate, and UPT
• Lead and coach team members, sharing best practices and product knowledge
• Develop and execute strategic action plans to increase sales and deepen client engagement
• Oversee opening and closing procedures and ensure loss prevention compliance
• Manage escalated client issues in partnership with Store Leadership and Client Services
• Partner with Operations on inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution
• Leverage CRM for appointment selling and client acquisition
• Maintain boutique standards including visual merchandising and operational excellence

Requirements

• 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience
• Experience in women's and men's ready to wear
• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Results driven and adaptable in a fast paced environment
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
