Responsibilities- Execute all account specific strategies regarding Men's and Women's RTW categories.
- Cultivate active dialogue with buyers regarding product and brand positioning and develop action-oriented proposals.
- Identify and achieve targeted sales goals through sales projects and sales analysis.
- Supervise the training of sales staff on the brand, collection, and visual merchandising.
- Attend showroom campaigns in support of seasonal markets.
- Manage order entry and processing and generate reorders as required.
- Conduct recurrent and ad-hoc analysis in relation to categories business performance.
- Drive the development of talents within the department and focus on skillset growth of direct reports.
- Maintain and develop relationships with major accounts.
- Partner with the VP of Wholesale on strategic initiatives and department projects.
Requirements- Minimum 8 years' experience in a similar role.
- Experience managing large department store accounts, including established contacts in department stores buying departments.
- Knowledge of fashion industry and market trends.
- Understanding of sales and performance KPIs.
- Ability to work cross-functionally within the organization.
- Good digital and IT skills, including MS Office.
- Excel expert.
- Ability to travel on a frequent basis (30%).
- Business acumen.

- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a positive work environment while respecting brand values and behaviors.
