Summary

The Sales Manager leads the Watches & Fine Jewelry business at the Beverly Hills flagship, managing and developing a seasoned sales team. This in-store leadership role drives business growth and delivers exceptional client experiences through strong partnerships, client engagement, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth across watches, fine jewelry, and high jewelry, and develop strategies to achieve business goals.
• Partner with the Boutique Director, Fashion and WFJ teams, and CRM team to strengthen cross-divisional relationships and identify client opportunities.
• Lead client outreach, events, and activations, ensuring personalized follow-up by the sales team.
• Coach, inspire, and train team members in client service, sales techniques, and brand savoir-faire.
• Oversee business analysis, reporting, assortment planning, and collaboration with Home Office teams.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive team culture and uphold boutique image and operational standards.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to lift 15 pounds.
• Flexible schedule, including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to work in-store and provide visible leadership on the selling floor.
