Summary

The Sales Manager leads the selling team and owns the customer experience across the assigned departments. This role drives sales and client development through coaching, exceptional service, and strong operational execution.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop associates while managing performance and scheduling.
• Model exceptional customer service, strengthen client relationships, and support appointments, events, and clienteling initiatives.
• Drive departmental sales and client development goals using business data, customer insights, and effective team strategies.
• Maintain operational excellence, support audit compliance, and foster a collaborative, accountable team environment.

Requirements

• Relevant experience leading a team, including supervisory experience managing direct reports.
• Proven success managing a selling and operations workforce and achieving business results.
• Proficiency with clienteling tools, social media, and Google Workspace; advanced proficiency preferred.
• Strong coaching, communication, attention to detail, and decision-making skills.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays; luxury retail fashion experience and a four-year degree preferred.
