Seasonal Sales Professional responsible for creating exceptional client experiences, achieving sales goals, and representing the brand through excellent product knowledge and hospitality. The role focuses on building client relationships, driving full price sales, and supporting store operations and events.
Responsibilities
- Greet, listen and assist customers to exceed expectations and provide product styling guidance.
- Deliver memorable in store experiences and elevate customer hospitality.
- Maintain customer correspondence and virtual outreach to build relationships and drive sales.
- Drive sales across key product pillars and promote full price volume.
- Develop and demonstrate strong product knowledge across the catalogues.
- Support product launches, special events, inventory and store projects as needed.
- Perform opening and closing store duties and operate the register when required.
- Maintain professional appearance and follow company presentation and grooming standards.
- Communicate openly with store management, peers and corporate partners.
Requirements
- Relevant retail or sales experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multi task in a high pressure environment.
- Proactive self starter with a passion for learning and for the brand.
- Proficient in English; additional languages a plus.
- Basic computer skills preferred including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to stand, walk and move on the sales floor for multiple hours and operate register.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and climb moderately using a ladder as trained under health and safety guidelines.
