The Sales Professional delivers exceptional client experiences and drives sales for the brand through product knowledge, virtual and in person selling, and strong client relationship building. This role requires a proactive, customer focused salesperson who meets and exceeds sales targets while representing company presentation standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, listening and assisting customers.
- Create memorable in store experiences and elevate customer hospitality.
- Maintain customer correspondence and utilize virtual selling to drive sales.
- Drive full price volume across product pillars and expand client interest in the lifestyle brand.
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge across catalogs and company information.
- Support product launches, store events, inventory tasks and special projects as needed.
- Perform opening and closing store duties and adhere to company policies and presentation standards.
- Maintain professional communications with store management, peers and corporate partners.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of prior relevant retail or sales experience.
- Well developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
- Self starter with proactive mindset and passion for learning.
- Positive energy and desire to work with people; passion for the brand.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages a plus.
