Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and hospitality by greeting and assisting customers.
- Deliver memorable in store experiences and elevate customer interactions.
- Maintain customer correspondence and develop client relationships to drive sales.
- Drive full price volume across product pillars and meet sales targets.
- Utilize technology and virtual selling for client outreach and product promotion.
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge and awareness of industry trends.
- Support product launches, special events, inventory tasks and store projects.
- Perform opening and closing store duties and follow company policies and standards.
- Maintain professional appearance and communicate with management and peers.
Requirements
- Relevant retail or sales experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multi task in a fast paced environment.
- Proactive self starter with passion for learning and for the brand.
- Proficient in English; additional languages a plus.
- Basic computer skills preferred including Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Ability to operate register and perform physical tasks including standing for long periods and lifting up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to follow dress presentation grooming and safety guidelines.
