The Sales Professional provides exceptional customer service and acts as a brand ambassador for Ralph Lauren, driving sales and nurturing client relationships while delivering elevated in store experiences and representing the brand with professional appearance and conduct.
Responsibilities
- Greet, listen to and assist customers to exceed expectations and provide product knowledge and styling guidance.
- Create memorable in store experiences and deliver hospitality to every customer.
- Maintain customer correspondence and nurture relationships to drive sales and repeat business.
- Drive full price volume across product pillars and identify opportunities to expand client interest.
- Utilize technology and virtual selling for client outreach and product presentation.
- Support product launches, special events, inventory tasks and store projects as needed.
- Perform opening and closing store duties and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain professional appearance and follow brand grooming and presentation standards.
- Communicate effectively with store management, peers and corporate partners.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of prior relevant work experience.
- Well developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multi task in high pressure environments.
- Self starter with proactive mindset and passion for learning.
- Positive energy and genuine desire to work with people.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Passion for the brand and a results oriented selling approach.
