The Sales Professional creates exceptional client experiences and drives sales for the Ralph Lauren lifestyle brand through relationship building, product knowledge, and exemplary hospitality. This role focuses on exceeding sales goals, nurturing client relationships, and representing the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, listening and assisting customers.
- Deliver memorable in store experiences and uphold brand presentation standards.
- Maintain customer correspondence to build and enhance relationships and drive sales.
- Drive full price volume across product pillars and utilize virtual selling and technology for outreach.
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge across Ralph Lauren catalogues.
- Support product launches, special events and store projects as needed.
- Perform opening and closing store duties and assist with inventory as required.
- Maintain professional communications with store management, peers and corporate partners.
- Network and socialize with target customers to grow clientele.
Requirements
- Relevant retail or sales experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to multitask.
- Proactive self-starter with passion for learning and for the brand.
- Proficient in English; other languages a plus.
- Basic computer skills preferred including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to operate register and remain standing and walking for multiple hours.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and climb using a ladder as trained.
- Ability to work in a high pressure retail environment and follow company policies.
