Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting listening and assisting customers and demonstrating product knowledge
- Deliver memorable in store experiences and elevate customer hospitality
- Maintain customer correspondence to build and enhance relationships and drive sales
- Drive full price volume across product pillars and promote the brand lifestyle
- Utilize technology and virtual selling for client outreach and expanded sales
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge across the catalogues
- Support product launches customer experience initiatives and special events
- Assist with inventory opening and closing duties and store projects as needed
- Maintain professional appearance behavior and communications with management and peers
Requirements
- 1-3 years of prior relevant work experience
- Well developed written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Strong organizational skills attention to detail and ability to multi task
- Ability to work in a high pressure environment and be a self starter
- Proficiency in English other languages a plus
- Passion for the brand and enthusiasm for selling
- Familiarity with industry trends technology and competition
