The Sales Professional creates exceptional client experiences and drives sales for the brand through strong product knowledge, client relationship development, and virtual and in store outreach. This role represents the brand as an ambassador, meets sales goals, supports store operations, and participates in events and projects.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers and demonstrating product knowledge.
- Deliver memorable in store experiences and elevate customer hospitality.
- Maintain customer correspondence to build relationships and drive sales.
- Drive full price volume across the product lifestyle pillars.
- Utilize technology and virtual selling for client outreach and expanded product offerings.
- Develop and maintain strong product and brand knowledge.
- Support product launches, special events, inventory tasks, and store projects.
- Perform opening and closing store duties and adhere to company policies.
- Maintain professional appearance and ongoing communication with management and peers.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Well developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi task and work under pressure.
- Self starter with a proactive mindset and passion for learning.
- Positive energy and genuine desire to work with people.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages a plus.
