Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, listening and assisting customers and exceeding their expectations
- Deliver memorable in store experiences and elevate customer hospitality
- Maintain customer correspondence and utilize virtual selling to drive sales
- Drive full price volume across product pillars and meet sales goals
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge across the brand catalogue
- Support product launches, special events, inventory and store projects as needed
- Perform opening and closing store duties and follow company policies
- Maintain professional appearance and adhere to dress and grooming standards
- Communicate openly with store management, peers and corporate partners
Requirements
- Relevant retail sales experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multi task
- Self starter with a proactive mindset and passion for learning
- Proficient in English; additional languages a plus
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook preferred
- Ability to operate register and stand, walk and move for multiple hours
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver the sales floor and stock areas
