Summary
Sales Specialist responsible for achieving individual and boutique sales goals while delivering high levels of client service and maintaining operational and asset protection standards in a luxury retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Meet monthly and annual individual sales targets and contribute to boutique goals
- Organize and maintain the selling floor according to visual merchandising and stocking standards
- Process transactions accurately and maintain CRM and POS records
- Support inventory preparation and participate in cycle counts and physical inventory
- Follow asset protection procedures including tagging, key control, and bag checks
- Provide prompt and attentive client service including packaging and after sales support
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation
- Communicate POS discrepancies and partner with management on resolutions
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Experience in a luxury retail environment preferred
- Strong relationship building and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, work independently, and collaborate with a team
- Strong organizational skills and open availability
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs without assistance
- Comfortable following asset protection and operational procedures
