Summary
Provide exceptional client service and achieve individual and boutique sales goals in a fast paced luxury retail environment at the Meatpacking boutique. Support operational standards including merchandising, POS accuracy, inventory assistance and asset protection while working collaboratively with the sales team and management.
Responsibilities
- Meet monthly and annual individual sales targets and contribute to boutique goals
- Maintain selling floor standards including merchandising, replenishment and visual guidelines
- Process transactions accurately and maintain CRM and POS records
- Support after sales administrative tasks and communicate POS discrepancies to management
- Follow asset protection procedures including tagging, ticketing and participating in inventory counts
- Keep workstation and boutique organized and clean
- Provide high levels of customer service including greeting, assisting and packaging purchases
- Assist with inventory preparation as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred
- Strong relationship building and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, stay even tempered and work independently or collaboratively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Open availability to meet business needs
- Ability to lift 0-25 lbs without assistance
- Willingness to follow asset protection and POS procedures
