Summary
Provide exceptional client service and achieve individual and boutique sales goals in a fast paced luxury retail environment at the Meatpacking boutique. Support daily selling operations including merchandising, POS accuracy, inventory preparation, and asset protection while maintaining Hermes service standards.
Responsibilities
- Meet monthly and annual individual sales targets and contribute to boutique goals
- Organize and maintain selling floor standards including stocking bags, boxes, stationary and VM presentation
- Process transactions accurately at POS and maintain CRM purchase records
- Assist with inventory preparation and participate in cycle counts and physical inventory
- Adhere to asset protection procedures including tagging ticketing and key control
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation and boutique areas
- Provide prompt friendly client greeting assistance with questions and packaging at POS
- Communicate POS discrepancies to management and support after sales service administration
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, luxury retail experience preferred
- Strong relationship development and communication skills
- Ability to multitask remain even tempered and work independently and with a team
- Strong organizational skills and open availability to meet business needs
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs without assistance
- Commitment to follow asset protection and POS procedures
