Sales Specialist - South Coast Plaza

Summary

Luxury boutique sales role responsible for achieving individual and team sales targets while delivering exceptional client service and maintaining boutique standards. Reports to the Assistant Manager and collaborates with sales and selling support teams in a fast-paced environment. Role includes POS transactions, inventory support, and adherence to asset protection procedures.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly and annual individual sales goals and contribute to boutique targets
• Organize and maintain the selling floor following visual merchandising guidelines
• Process transactions accurately and maintain CRM and POS records
• Support inventory preparation and participate in cycle counts
• Follow asset protection procedures including tagging, ticketing, and key control
• Provide high levels of client service including greeting, assistance, and packaging
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation and sales floor
• Communicate POS discrepancies and partner with management on resolutions

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred
• Strong relationship building and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Open availability to meet business scheduling needs
• Ability to lift 0-25 lbs without assistance
• Willingness to follow asset protection and operational procedures
