Sales & Stock Support - Holt Renfrew

Summary

Provide administrative and back-of-house support to the sales team at the Vancouver boutique in Holt Renfrew. The role includes inventory management, after-sales tasks, and assisting on the shop floor as needed. Support boutique openings while maintaining high standards of customer service, organization, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong client relationships in-person and by phone; respond promptly to internal and external queries
• Assist on the shop floor: welcome clients, present collections, and escort clients as needed
• Prepare packaging and assist with gift wrapping; ensure cash and wrap stations are stocked
• Accurately document and deliver messages to Fashion Advisors; communicate with colleagues and Head Office
• Support inventory management including shipments, transfers, cycle counts, and after-sales tasks
• Maintain back-office areas and ensure inventory integrity and organization

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in retail operations and/or stock roles
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes
• Customer service oriented with excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable collaborating with multiple departments
• Fluent in English; additional language considered an asset
