Sales & Stock Support - Oakridge Boutique

Summary

Part of the Heart of House team supporting the Oakridge Boutique in Vancouver, this role provides administrative and back-of-house support to the boutique operations. The Sales & Stock Support assists with inventory management, after-sales tasks and boutique supplies while maintaining high standards of customer service and presentation. The role is full-time on a 12-month contract and requires close collaboration with boutique staff and head office.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internal and external queries and maintain accurate documentation of messages and requests
• Support shop floor activities as needed, including welcoming clients and presenting merchandise
• Prepare packaging and assist with gift wrapping and parcel handling
• Assist with inventory processes: shipments, transfers, cycle counts and consolidation
• Execute after-sales tasks such as send sales and repairs and ensure inventory integrity
• Maintain and organize the back-of-house and secondary stockroom areas
• Ensure cash and wrap stations are prepared and stocked and back-office areas are tidy

Requirements

• 1-3 years successful experience in retail operations and/or stock roles
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving and inventory management processes
• Customer experience mindset with strong organizational and detail orientation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with multiple teams
• Fluent English; French is a plus
• Comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment and contributing to team success
