Responsibilities- Support the store manager with management and coordination of daily store operations.
- Perform functions such as opening/closing, checking in merchandise, and preparing and making deposits as needed.
- Supervise sales transactions to ensure quick and accurate processing while adhering to cash protection procedures.
- Coach sales staff to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance.
- Engage in promoting and selling products to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist the Store Manager with maintaining operational excellence.
Requirements- Minimum of 2 years of luxury retail experience in a similar or supervisory role.
- Exhibit competencies relative to the position with an inspirational attitude that contributes to a positive team environment.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members and maintain high standards of performance.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to operate independently with discretion and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in operating personal computers, POS systems, and various software packages including MS Office.
- Ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
