As a Sales Supervisor, you will be an integral part of MCM's retail leadership team in Toronto. Your primary responsibility will be to provide the highest level of customer service by demonstrating advanced product knowledge and building quality customer relationships that result in increased sales and repeat business. You will act as a link between the management team and the sales associates, assisting in various functions from maintaining a clientele book to merchandising the sales floor and motivating employees to exceed sales goals.
