Sales Supervisor - Madison

Summary

The Sales Supervisor supports the store team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving store productivity and performance. This role assists the Boutique Manager with sales generation, clienteling, training and store operations while leading and coaching sales staff. The Supervisor helps maintain presentation standards and handles customer requests including repairs.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through product knowledge, selling and clienteling skills
• Maintain client book and follow up with clients to meet monthly clienteling sales goals
• Assist Boutique Manager with store marketing initiatives, training efforts and KPI management for the sales team
• Provide superior customer service and lead sales staff in partnership with store management
• Process customer repairs and ensure adherence to store operational procedures for opening, closing, inventory and presentation
• Ensure facility maintenance, presentation and organization and demonstrate proficiency in company computer programs

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Detail oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent problem-solving ability
• Proven selling skills and customer development/clienteling ability
• Ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift boxes up to 25lbs repeatedly
