Sales Supervisor

Summary

Supervise the sales floor to deliver a memorable customer experience and uphold service standards. Build client relationships, support the store team, and partner with managers to develop leadership skills and drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor sales associates, support training, and communicate development needs to management.
• Build clientele through social engagement, product knowledge, and value-added customer service.
• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and help maximize team sales.
• Maintain merchandise and visual presentation standards, including stock maintenance, transfers, folding, and floor changes.
• Support daily store tasks, opening and closing procedures, and returns and exchanges when a manager is absent.

Requirements

• Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, motivation, and staff development skills.
• Business, financial, and analytical acumen; relevant work experience is preferred.
• Strong computer skills are preferred, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Workday, and Outlook.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move around the store for extended periods; lift up to 30 pounds and climb a ladder as trained.
