Warehouse Supervisor

Summary

The supervisor supports store leadership by driving sales performance, customer satisfaction, and team development. This role coaches employees, monitors performance metrics, and helps execute daily business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor, and develop team members while fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Monitor sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics, and share results with the team.
• Sell, use clienteling strategies, and support customer concerns and promotional activities.
• Support merchandising needs, inventory control, and store productivity standards.
• Supervise cash transactions, deposits, and register balancing, and ensure compliance with policies and safety requirements.
• Participate in recruitment and interviews as needed.

Requirements

• Retail supervisory or similar industry experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, planning, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Business acumen and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, remain mobile for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and potential overnight shifts.
