Sales Supervisor

Summary

Supervise the sales floor to deliver a consistent, elevated customer shopping experience while supporting store leadership and developing the sales team. Partner with managers to learn leadership responsibilities, drive sales results, and uphold the brand aesthetic and service standards. Perform opening and closing procedures and assist with daily operational tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach sales associates to build clientele and meet personal and store sales goals.
• Support and promote business initiatives and training tools; identify and communicate training needs.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and execute floor changeovers, stock maintenance, and product transfers.
• Perform opening/closing duties, complete returns and exchanges in the absence of a manager, and manage task tracker updates.
• Utilize selling tools and product knowledge to enhance customer experience and deliver value-added services.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills; ability to coach and motivate team members.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships and an elevated store environment.
• Relevant retail experience preferred and basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Workday, Outlook) favored.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for multiple hours, maneuver on the sales floor, lift up to 30 lbs, and use a ladder as trained.
