Sales Support - Bellagio

As a Sales Support team member at Bellagio, you will embody the Tiffany brand during the holiday season, providing exceptional client interactions and memorable experiences. You will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring clients receive the highest level of service and hospitality.

• Warmly welcome and assist clients, ensuring a memorable experience aligned with the Tiffany brand.
• Enhance client experiences with personalized hospitality and store amenities.
• Assist with engraving station and manage floor waiting list as needed.
• Maintain a fully stocked, orderly, and clean hospitality area.
• Communicate potential service issues with management.
• Support sales team with boxing, wrapping, and replenishing supplies.
• Perform POS functions and maintain organized sales floor areas.
• Assist operations team with store policies, procedures, and inventory.

• Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent client service skills and ability to multitask.
• Capability to work with a diverse client base in a fast-paced environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
