Temporary Seasonal Sales Support Associate - Las Vegas Crystals

Summary

Temporary seasonal role providing clerical and sales support in a luxury boutique. Deliver high levels of client service including greeting clients, assisting at point of sale, packaging, and supporting after sales and concierge activities. Maintain sales floor and stock room organization and assist with phone and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt friendly greeting and client assistance at point of sale
• Support sales team with selling process including hanging and returning merchandise
• Retrieve and prepare stock and maintain storeroom organization
• Maintain selling floor standards including straightening and restocking packaging materials
• Assist with wrapping and packaging of items
• Support Client Service Concierge Doorperson and Greeter Host activities
• Support after sales functions including logging repairs and contacting clients
• Answer phones and provide courteous customer service

Requirements

• Customer service oriented with strong communication skills
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Ability to handle difficult situations with composure
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs without assistance
