Summary
Seasonal Sales Support reporting to the Store Manager/Director to assist sales, operations, visual merchandising and management teams in delivering a seamless personalized client experience. Acts as a brand ambassador working both front of house and back of house to support client advisors and store operations during a seasonal period.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and support delivery of an elevated client experience.
- Assist Client Advisors by retrieving and delivering product from BOH to sales floor.
- Create and execute product care requests and ticketing as instructed.
- Maintain and reposition visual merchandising displays per company standards.
- Support inventory preparation and execution as requested by management.
- Organize back of house operations and manage product go-backs.
- Perform operational tasks and any additional duties assigned by management.
- Contribute to a positive collaborative team environment and respect brand standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Client service or hospitality experience acceptable.
- Team oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional presentation and dependability with flexibility in schedule.
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools and ability to analyze sales reports.
- Excellent problem solving skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate in English; additional languages preferred.
