Summary
Provide seasonal in-store support to ensure a seamless and personalized client experience by partnering with sales, operations, visual merchandising, and management teams. Act as a knowledgeable brand ambassador performing front of house and back of house tasks while maintaining professional presentation and adherence to company policies.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and provide an elevated client experience.
- Support Client Advisors on the sales floor as directed by management.
- Retrieve and deliver product requests from back of house to sales floor.
- Execute product care requests and create tickets as needed.
- Assist with visual merchandising tasks including organizing and repositioning displays.
- Contribute to inventory preparation and execution per management requests.
- Support operational tasks such as back of house organization and product go-backs.
- Participate in team activities and maintain a positive collaborative environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Experience in hospitality or other client oriented roles acceptable.
- Client centric with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional presentation, dependable, punctual, and flexible.
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools and ability to analyze sales reports.
- Excellent problem solving skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate in English; additional languages preferred.
