Temporary Seasonal Sales Support Associate

Summary

Temporary seasonal role providing clerical and sales support in a luxury boutique. Responsibilities include assisting the sales team with client service tasks, maintaining stock and merchandising standards, handling packaging and point of sale support, and performing front and back of house administrative duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt friendly client greeting and assist with questions and sales
• Assist with wrapping and packaging at point of sale
• Support sales team by hanging merchandise and returning items to the selling floor
• Retrieve stock and prepare merchandise for display
• Organize and prioritize workstation and selling floor supplies
• Maintain selling floor merchandise standards including straightening and filling in
• Answer phones and provide timely customer service
• Support after sales activities including logging repairs and contacting clients

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service orientation
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Ability to handle difficult situations with composure
• Ability to lift 0-25 lbs without assistance
• Willingness to perform clerical and retail support duties as assigned
