Sales Coordinator

Summary

The Sales Coordinator supports back of house operations and the sales team by managing shipping receiving cycle counts transfers and sales transactions while maintaining organization and presentation standards. The role contributes to overall store productivity and assists with visual merchandising and client interactions as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support shipping receiving and inventory cycle counts
• Prepare and process product transfers and shipments
• Process sales transactions and assist with returns and exchanges
• Greet clients and support the sales team throughout the selling ceremony
• Maintain cashwraps registers organized and stocked to standards
• Keep stockroom organized and ensure proper product storage
• Assist with visual merchandising moves and maintain salesfloor displays
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience luxury or contemporary preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Highly organized with keen eye for detail
• High level of integrity
