Summary
Provide high level sales support to the North American Commercial Optical Sales Team by managing order and delivery flows, assisting Brand Ambassadors with onboarding and training, and ensuring a luxury customer service experience aligned with service level agreements.
Responsibilities
- Support commercial team within assigned regions and act as first point of contact for commercial logistics and product claims
- Ensure Brand Ambassador onboarding and training completion in a timely manner
- Manage complete order flow from acquisition to invoice and handle back orders returns and invoice adjustments
- Liaise with planning logistics and customers to manage delivery flow and resolve queries
- Deliver sales support KPIs for phone and email interactions
- Conduct monthly regional calls to highlight process enhancements and internal updates
- Support validation and fast order to sales management for quarterly promotions
- Maintain and enhance customer service procedures processes and systems
- Manage customer master data ensuring accuracy completeness and pricing integrity
Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B account management experience
- Proficient in Excel including pivot tables and lookup formulas
- Proactive multitasker able to support a dynamic environment
- Experience with CRM or SAP appreciated
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
