Temporary Seasonal Sales Support Associate - Meatpacking

Summary

Temporary seasonal role providing clerical and sales support for front and back of house boutique operations. Deliver high levels of client service consistent with brand standards while assisting with merchandising, packaging, phone answering, and after sales tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients promptly and offer assistance at point of sale
• Assist sales team with selling process and merchandising
• Hang merchandise, return items to floor, and retrieve stock
• Maintain stock room and organize work station and selling floor
• Ensure packaging supplies such as bags, boxes, note cards, ribbons and stationary are stocked
• Support client service activities including concierge and greeter functions
• Log repairs, contact clients and maintain after sales records
• Answer phones and provide friendly customer service
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Customer service orientation
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Ability to handle difficult situations with composure
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs without assistance
• Able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodations
