Sales Support - The Landmark

As a Seasonal Sales Support at The Landmark, you will deliver an outstanding experience while welcoming and connecting with clients during the holiday season. You will be an excellent communicator and positive brand ambassador, helping to convey memorable experiences for our clients using the Tiffany Touch.

• Be an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients are greeted timely and have an exceptional experience.
• Improve the client’s experience with hospitality and Landmark amenities.
• Perform duties such as assisting with boxing and wrapping items, replenishing POS supplies, and keeping sales floor areas organized.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales and service goals.
• Assist with inventory and special projects as needed.
• Perform one-on-one selling ceremonies when required.

• Strong interest in sales and customer service.
• Availability to work non-traditional business hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; familiarity with Service Channel a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
