Sales and Client Advisor - Yorkdale Shopping Centre

As a Sales and Client Advisor at Balenciaga Yorkdale Shopping Centre, you will play a crucial role in driving store sales and representing the Balenciaga brand. You will engage clients, support the management team, and embody Balenciaga's values and behaviors.

• Achieve sales targets and KPIs while providing high-quality client feedback to management.
• Work closely with the stock team to ensure product availability and meet client requests.
• Inspire clients by embodying Balenciaga behaviors and ensure seamless execution of the omnichannel client journey.
• Maintain display and organization of all areas according to visual merchandising standards.
• Engage clients by building authentic and long-term relationships, from welcoming to after-sales assistance.
• Process client transactions and promote omnichannel services in-store.
• Contribute to front and back of house operations, including stock control and inventories.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience.
• Strong digital and IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
• Product sensitivity and strong knowledge of market and fashion trends.
• Ability to multitask and handle the pressure of a busy day.
• Adaptability, reactivity, and a willingness to learn and improve.
