Job Description

Summary

As a Sales and Client Advisor with Keys at Mall at Millenia, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Store Director by ensuring the store operates smoothly and efficiently. You will provide exceptional customer service and assist in achieving sales goals while maintaining the store's visual and operational standards.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales goals and assist in opening and closing the store.
  • Organize the stockroom for easy access to merchandise.
  • Oversee day-to-day store operations and support management in various tasks.
  • Maintain effective communication with all departments and handle customer feedback appropriately.
  • Implement and enforce store operations and sustainability policies.
  • Manage stock, inventory, and loss prevention efforts.
  • Assist with visual display and merchandising according to company standards.
  • Ensure the store's cleanliness and maintenance of fixtures and supplies.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or fashion.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to exceed sales goals and drive results.
  • Strong commercial awareness and passion for the fashion industry.
  • Strategic vision and high level of personal performance.
